What's included with each Gruntwork user license?

When you become a Gruntwork Subscriber, each user license will allow one human or machine user to access our Infrastructure as Code Library, DevOps Training Library plus our community and paid support services In addition, a user license grants the right to a user to access, fork and modify the code, and create derivative works as much as you want.

What payment options do you accept?

For monthly contracts we require automated payments via a credit card or ACH transfer. For annual contracts we offer flexible payment terms.

Can I pay with AWS credits?

Yes! We can send you a "custom offer" via AWS Marketplace. In most cases, purchasing Gruntwork through AWS Marketplace counts against your AWS Enterprise Cloud Spend.

Can I try Gruntwork Services before committing to an annual subscription?

Talk to our team, and we'll work with you to design a technical evaluation process that meets your requirements.

Many customers do both a technical evaluation and business evaluation process. These processes can differ substantially among customers, so we try to tailor this to your specific needs.

Is an annual subscription required?

For startups, you can choose between a monthly and annual contract.

Our enterprise subscription is designed for larger organizations and requires an annual contract.

What if I want to cancel my Gruntwork Subscription?

As part of your initial setup with DevOps Foundations, we author and customize code that is specific to your organization and you can keep using that forever, even if you cancel.

All other Gruntwork products such as Gruntwork Pipelines and Gruntwork Patcher are offered on a subscription basis, and access ends when your subscription terminates.

What happens to my code if I cancel my subscription?

With Gruntwork Library, Enterprise customers have a perpetual license so that even if you cancel, you keep all the code, but you lose access to bug fixes, updates, and support. Startup customers do not get a perpetual license, however if you want to keep the code you can always initiate a buyout, the amount of which we can specify in your contract upon request.
